The only things I was not happy with, were the toilet paper and facial tissue...they use the thinnest, cheapest product. You have to use at least twice as much, which is a real waste.

The hotel was amazing, it looked brand spanking new. Very clean. My only issue was the breakfast. Coffee was very weak, like colored water. Waffle mix was very runny where it didn't make a nice waffle. Sausage were cold and were like they were not cooked enough.

Doctor trip!

Clean room but didn’t have space for clothes. The thermostat did not talk with the air conditioner, so had to get down on knees to adjust heat or air cause there was a seat over the unit. Even when I adjusted it had had a hard time getting the temperature right.

Room was a good size, lots of USB ports to charge phones. The room was clean and smelled good. Did not have parking open when we got there, we had to park on the street.

The hotel was advertised as new, but it left a lot to be desired. The room was okay but was not the cleanest. There was something about the sheets that I could not let them touch my skin. I was paranoid about bed bugs but I didnt see any, maybe the detergent/bleach that they use was giving me allergies? But because of this, I did not sleep. Breakfast was mediocre to say the least. They didnt have milk, the sausage that they served really looked like it was not cooked and they didnt have any condiments. I would not stay here again.

Beware if you need an accessible room

Requested an accessibility room for my aged mother who cannot handle steps or walk fast. Room was on the second floor - tragic if there had been a fire. Bath tub had a high rim and no anti slip matting. Two more strikes. Other than that, it was an amazing hotel!

Clean, new hotel

New hotel, very clean and nice. Rooms are bigger than the Tru behind it, similar in style. Room had a fridge and microwave. Full breakfast. Beds were comfortable with good pillows. Shower was clean, got hot and shower head was high enough for my 6'3" husband to fit underneath. Would definitely stay again.

We will not stay here again

The property is definitely clean. However, it is not a place we will ever stay again. The walls must be paper thin because you can hear conversations next door so loudly that it kept us from sleeping. The neighbor wasn’t even yelling, he was just talking. The sheets are like sandpaper. The almost non existent coffee was like warm dishwater. The food was not something we would choose to eat so we bought food somewhere else. Not sure why but the smoke alarm went off for less than 5 minutes but it was startling and made it the worse overnight start we’ve had in a very long time.

The beds were comfy and the linens were clean, the most important needs of a hotel stay. Only one elevator worked to get me to my floor, which should be fixed. It’s December 2024, so if it’s still not working properly three months from now, keep that in mind. Otherwise, I’d stay there again.
