Arrived to a room without towels , and night clerk could not provide, due to not having a working key .. heater did not work , finding this out later in the night , we ended up having to change rooms, , and received i night credit. The owner lives on site , and the neglect of this property is unacceptable , outside signage is non working , DO BETTER, OWNER, AND TRAVELOCITY NEEDS TO DELETE THIS LOCATION .

The room condition was poor with no amenities: no dresser, closet, soap, shampoo, USB outlets, clock, tissue. We couldn't sleep due to the uncomfortable bed and light coming through the window. In the morning we were appalled at the shower which didn't spray water. Instead it ran down the wall and onto the floor. The microwave was defective and no coffee was available in the lobby. We decided to check out but no one knew how to refund our money.

there was toilet paper in the bathroom trash when I walked in. Leading me to believe they didnt really clean the room. Room had a door that connected to the next room. Didn't like that at all very unsafe. Place had an odor.

Looked nothing like the photos. First room no smoke detector. The 2nd room had someone in it. The third was uncomfortable and had something smeared on shower wall. The outside was unkempt and looked unsafe. The front desk area smelled like marijuana and pee. The TV that I was using to try to drown out the outside noise kept going out because of rain. Got no sleep.

I requested an AARP discount, didnt get it. Then it started raining in the middle of the night & rain was pouring into the room because of leaky window. Told front desk & her reply was 'I dont know how to fix it' & asked if we could change rooms & she said she didnt know how to do it .....

Dont stay at this hotel because they will just put u out for no reason with no valid reason they assumed i was a prostitute for no apparent reason just because someone i communicate with is a trucker who helped me with my room when needed and so is my kids father he is also a trucker so that is no excuse i really did not have traffic but at the last minute was told i couldnt extend my stay the house keep didnt come like she was supposed to when we were in the suite but we had issues and then they did not return my deposit when i cleaned the room myself this morning so unless u want to get put out unexpectedly dont stay here but honestly it was just the housekeeper on the second floor named max the manager and the director for the front desk

I've had some pretty rough stays at hotels before, but this one was the worst! Right when I arrived, I felt super uneasy, and things just got worse from there. The person at the front desk even offered to show me where to buy weed, which was really weird. The general manager was not helpful at all and made it clear that she didn’t care about making guests happy. The worst part was my room (#106) and the disgusting bathtub/shower. It was so gross that I couldn't believe it hadn’t been cleaned in ages! There was grime everywhere, and I was worried I might get sick just by stepping inside. So, I decided it was better to skip the shower altogether, even though I really needed one. To top it all off, I had to deal with a manager who didn’t seem to care about anything. It was such a terrible experience that I just wanted to go home and be comfortable instead of staying in that awful place! Needless to say a letter to Motel 6 corporate office has been mailed.
