Very nice staff that welcomes you with freshly baked on the spot cookies. Neat inside with pool and fountain. Great place for a party of a large gathering. Restaurant on site. Will return. The price is the best!

Carpets leading to rooms were bunched up causing tripping hazards and tiles on the floor were broken. One of the elevators was out of service. The room was quiet but looked nothing like how it was advertised.

5 stars!! Great Stay!!

This place is pretty terrific!! Despite it being an older building, it is really cute and overall amazing. Plenty of fun to be had here, with the indoor atrium area that boasts a koi pond, hanging chairs, corn hole, and connect four and an indoor pool as well. The Western Horeseman Club has straks cooked to perfection and a great vibe with wonderful service!! The staff at the hotel are very attentive and caring. This place rates 5 stars for me!!

Nice area, bedroom need some TLC.

The location is nice and the pool is a highlight. The breakfast is very basic (waffles, cereal, bagels, toast), but you can purchase hot food like scrambled eggs and bacon. We didn’t like the smell in the room, and the bathroom could use some TLC. The bed was okay, but it was quite noisy at night since it’s right in front of the pool — we heard people walking and running. If you’re traveling with little kids, this place might work for you. We stayed just one night and slept okay overall.

It would be interesting to see what other rooms look like. Mine had a lot of damage to it and looked like it had tried to be remodeled on a very limited budget. I did like the restaurant and bar and some of the public areas.

Hotel hallway carpet is a trip hazard. Futon in room had disgusting stains. If bathroom soap bars got any smaller you could not generate any lather between your fingers. How can you have bathrooms were you can't hang up the towel you are using or a change of a clothing item. Everything has to be lain on top of each other on the counter.

I really like the convenience of getting on and off I40. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. However, we have stayed here 3 times in 6 weeks and there have been issues with the TV every time. For older people who have driven far and just want to relax, this is very frustrating!

This is an awesome facility. Pet friendly and nice free breakfast or you can upgrade to cooked choices for 9.99. Rooms need remodeling and ours was damp. Floor, bedding and our clothes the next morning. Maybe they’d just shampooed or something - will say again when going through Amarillo. Close to restaurants and Bucees

This hotel is incredibly run down. The outside looks promising but do not trust it. The hotel is very old. Needs renovation everywhere. The rooms are dirty, didn’t seem like anything was cleaned when we arrived. It was just folded up and set up to “look clean”. A small rat was roaming the restroom but given it was our last day there we didn’t say anything. I would never come back here.

The amenities were amazing. Very family oriented, my granddauters had a blast! You walk into seeing gorgeous western murals. The gift shop leaves you wanting everything! And then into the courtyard! Filled with greenery; trees, flowers, and plants throughout!! Swings and seating tucked away all around a gorgeous fountain with beautiful fish to watch. Games and activities for kids and adults! Breakfasts were good! And the cook nailed it each time! Absolutely amazing! We'll be back!
