Staff are very kind & friendly…it’s the facility, NOT GOOD! Huge safety concerns with loose carpet, some kind of black discoloration in the ice machine, room did not feel clean. There’s a lovely lobby entrance & gift shop, but the hotel needs major renovation, we will not stay there again!

The staff are very friendly but the hotel needs a MAJOR update…so many safety concerns such as loose carpet, poor handrails, black mold in the ice machine. Big need for painting. The lobby & gift shop are great but the rest of the facility is NOT good, we won’t return.

Very nice staff…rooms need updated, ie: paint chipping, shades bent, very dated. Could b have small grassed area for dogs but very much appreciate no extra fees. Breakfast was fine. Appreciated the restaurant.

The rooms are not soundproof as stated the breakfast is not free as stated for anything cooked.Room was not the in the best condition, or cleanest . Overall i was very disappointed the photos on the website do not reflect the room you get and , they seem to be remodeling. To be fair we didn't get there for. Check in till 8pm but still i was expecting better .

It was very nice! Only issue is the privacy of the room, the room was clean and looked very pretty!! The lobby was also well decorated and the fountain with fishes was lovely! I would definitely re visit!

Room was definitely neglected. The carpet in the walkway is a trip hazard all bunched in the middle. The door would open on its own without the code being entered. It was clean room just you could tell they recently updated but choose not to update certain things
