4 Studio House is a very special property, centrally located in the heart of Ambleside, just a stone’s throw from all the shops, bars and super restaurants.
Once an old ballroom, the dining/sitting room has spectacular views from the large bay window.  180 degree views right across Ambleside towards the Church, Loughrigg and the iconic Fairfield Horseshoe.

The front door enters into a spacious hallway, perfect for storing walking boots and coats.  At the heart of the property, you will find the sitting room. Across the hallway from the sitting room is a new, well equipped, kitchen with integrated appliances including a built-in fridge freezer,  dishwasher, washing machine, single oven and induction hob, microwave.  TTwo spacious bedrooms, one King one Double, and a modern bathroom complete the inside of the property, both bedrooms with beautiful views from their windows.

Outside the property there is a beautiful private patio area and guests receive a parking permit which allows them to leave their car in the local car park, just a few minutes’ walk away. This permit can also be used in many car parks around the Lake District.
