Welcome to Villa Da Vinci, in the heart of the Touraine! The villa is located in the city center of Amboise, in a quiet and residential area, close to Clos Lucé, a 5-minute walk from the Royal Château, and a 5-minute drive from supermarkets. You also have the option to securely park your vehicle in the property's courtyard.

Upon your arrival, you will be charmed by the magnificent bucolic garden of over 400m2 at the back of the house, a true oasis of tranquility where you can relax and enjoy the outdoor barbecue and other facilities at your disposal.

The property, fully renovated in 2023, is divided into two parts: a single-story main house and an annex. The main house offers a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort (Fiber and Wifi 6).

The main living space includes a fully equipped integrated kitchen open to a spacious 50m2 living area, leading to an outdoor terrace. This space, with its comfortable convertible sofa (Bobochic, 140*200 bed), Smart TV, and large table, is the perfect spot to relax and gather after a day of exploring the region.

At the back, you'll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen Size bed (160), providing a spacious and comfortable resting space. The second bedroom with two single beds (90*200, can be converted into a King Size 180) is ideal for families with children or friends traveling together. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet is also at your disposal. An independent toilet completes the accommodation.

The annex, located in front of the house, offers additional privacy. It features a cozy mezzanine with a double bed (140) where you can rest, as well as a private bathroom and toilet.

You have access to the entire accommodation. All household linen is provided on-site (sheets, covers, towels, etc.).

Check-ins are available from 3 pm. The key handover is done independently using the on-site key box. Check-out is at 10 am at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request only (with an additional fee of €10).
