Staff were great, the sliding door to bathroom was out of alignment when we got to our room after maintenance had gone home, one of the kitchen staff got some tools out of his car and fixed it so it didn’t jam during the night, much appreciated

Staff was extremely helpful with making reservation and helping with itinerary plans. On site restaurant was good. Room was clean and simple, extra bed was brought in so three of us could stay. Extra amenities like wine, cookies and crisps were much appreciated. Definitely recommend for overnighting on Kangaroo Island.

The staff are very genuine.

We had great stay during low season with amazing staff. Unfortunately due to mother nature we had to leave the island 1 day early ... Our room was held incase no ferry was available . Great real fire to sit around and have a drink in the bar .

Such lovely and helpful staff! Very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is fantastic, the food was amazing and a very cosy and warm ambience with the fire going. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I would highly recommend Mercure Kangaroo Island Lodge.

Bedding and linen were crisp and clean. The room itself was clean but smelt a little musty and there was evidence of previous water damage. Overhead light was partially burnt out. The half bottle of wine and cookies was a nice touch. The cable to the extractor fan for the bathroom was hanging down from the receptacle and could pose a danger. Overall the room felt tired and in need of an upgrade. It should really be advertised as a motel rather than a hotel.
