Amazing hotel and people sans Check-In

The check in time was stated as 1 pm, but the hotel doesn't even open until 3 pm. My flight arrived at 11 am and I was told that I could check in as early as 12 pm if the room was ready. Since only the kitchen portion was open, I left my bags there and couldn't check into the hotel until I received a virtual key around 2 pm. By then, I had already left to discover the city. Besides that, I had a great experience at the hotel. The hotel staff was super friendly. The hotel room was clean, well maintained and sufficient size. The location is superb.

Aardig personeel de parkeerplaats was erg krap moest tussen tafels rijden waar mensen zaten helaas konden we tafel niet ontwijken dus een flinke kras op de auto

It was quite and nice surrounding around. The bathrooms did not have doors and the water would splash outside it was far from city and we had to walk for about 12 minutes to reach the hotel which was fine during the day but a bit scary during night time

Cosy & comfortable

Cosy twin room with balcony. Lovely view over street, park & car park. Lots of natural light. The town of Abcoude is a gorgeous sleepy town ideal for walking & cycling.

Beautiful stay

Hotel was a short walk from the train station and the train was a short 20 min ride to Amsterdam. The town is beautiful and friendly. The hotel was a very nice stay and relaxing. The staff spoke fluent English as does most of Netherlands and were great to talk to as well as accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ontvangst bij inchecken was vriendelijk, bedden waren te laag ( het middenstuk vd boxspring ontbrak!) Kamers zijn erg gehorig! Er hing een erge muffe lucht in de kamer! ( het rook naar "natte hond".......) Parkeren op het terrein is oké, maar de doorgang is erg smal!! Gegeten in het restaurant, eten werd met smaak klaargemaakt!

Brandalarm ging af

Hotel was prima. Voor de prijs was de kamer ook prima. Maar toen ging midden in de nacht het brandalarm af. Niemand kon je vertellen of het loos alarm was of niet. Er is later zelfs geen excuus of compensatie gekomen. Het alarm werd uitgezet en er is niet meer over gesproken. Ik vind dat een excuus op zijn minst op zijn plaats zou zijn geweest.
