Amazing rooms and design, just fabulous. Breakfast was fantastic. Wonderful little touches such as an arrival AND departure gift! Most of the staff were delightful and friendly and super helpful.

Fabulous everything!
This is a new favorite hotel. Location on an Amsterdam canal with a great young and genuinely helpful staff. I slept well in the wonderful bed! The breakfast was also amazing and served rather than buffet-style, though you could also go and get additional bread/pastry items. I sat at the bar looking out the window at the canal while I enjoyed my cappuccino!

Nice touches, make your stay an unique experience
I loved my stay at The Craftsmen and will definitely be back! The staff is so nice and attentive. So many nice touches at the hotel. Breakfast is one of them ( photo below). I also forgot my electricity converter and the hotel happily provided one for me to use while I stayed.
