In general, quite a reasonable option for an overnight lay over. The stuff is nice and helpful. The shuttle was easy to find, but they have 3 IBIS hotels and ours (Styles) was the last stop from the airport and the fist stop back. Stay at IBIS Airport to save time on that ride. Breakfast was overpriced for what it offered and we decided to have it at the airport. The heat in the room was not working. By the time we realized it, we had no energy for a room change.

The shuttle service worked well, though it took a while to get to and from the airport as the bus stops at all three Ibis hotels. Not a problem, but I'd recommend staying at the 'Styles' hotel. The bar food looked tasty and the atmosphere around the bar area is very nice. I'd stay there again.

Bathroom definitely need a plumber. Two hours after breakfast I got an upset stomach and had to use the bathroom many, many times over the next 24 hours. Not a very happy situation considering I had a 10 hour flight.

Semi clean room, dust on places where you don’t normally see that’s why it’s overlooked; shuttle bus comes but late 5-10 minutes, helpful in transporting to airport to take train;; room space tight even for only 2 people;no amenities AT ALL (kettle,3 hangers,2 rolls of toilet part,2 pillow cases). If you are not picky, this hotel is your place.

Each staff member we dealt with was courteous and friendly. From the front desk being super welcoming to the breakfast staffer who gave me a banana when I asked if I could purchase it, they were very accommodating. Most of all, when we booked an extra night due to a flight cancellation , and then were able to rebook the flight and didn't need it after all, the manager went above and beyond by applying our payment to a night on our return trip rather than us forfeiting the whole amount due to being past the cancellationwindow
