The property was nicely kept up. The inconvenience I had was the shower didn't drain properly and water flooded the WHOLE bathroom. I used all the towels to get some of the water up, to be able to use the blow dryer. Also the room wall hair dryer didn't work either. I had to go to the office to retrieve one. They said they would have maintenance look at the shower while I was out for the day. I came back around 11:30 pm exhausted and the bathroom still had to bath towels on the floor with water all around the sink and toilet. It was never cleaned up. They gave me new towels but that was all for the bathroom. I requested no cleaning or need to make my bed but they should have cleaned the soggy bathroom towels off the water saturated floor. I did call the front desk a few times and they never picked up. Other than that I enjoyed the staff.

A good value place to stay near airport

This was a good stay while overnighting in Amsterdam. There is an airport shuttle, clean, comfortable room, good service and a simple restaurant. While it’s set up mostly for businesses, with areas to work, it is quiet and comfortable. It’s a good 15 minute drive from the airport entrance, and about 25 minutes drive to town. It was a good value.

We had an issue with water temperature in shower and the problem could not be solved. We were told a repair order would be placed the next day. They said we could moved to another room but that was at 10 pm and we had a very early flight. Cold showers had already been taken. Felt we should have been compensated something for this

Don't go if you require extra support.

I had booked a room for accessible purposes for me and my son, who is in a wheelchair and has a debilitating illness. When we arrived, they said they only had 1 room that was accessible, and sadly they had booked for 4 nights rather than our 2, so they had priority. They denied any knowledge of booking the accessible room which was not a surprise given that the people of Amsterdam aren't particularly accommodating for people who are in a wheelchair. The 'supervisor' said it was just as easy to use the disabled toilet downstairs and have a wash as opposed to a shower.. Thankfully, my son had an amazing weekend (it was his 16th birthday) despite the poor support from the hotel.

This is a nice place, very nice clean rooms and attentive staff. One drawback there are no kettles in the room for tea and coffee. Guests need to know that not all of the ibis shuttles go to the Styles, only the smaller bus with the yellow roof. The shuttle was convenient but the hotel is located pretty far from the terminal so I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The room really has nothing, not even coffee or tea or a side table. Bathroom has no space for keeping toiletries. The location takes atleast 20 mins each way to Schiphol Airport and was inconvenient.
