Up and down. Some parts good , some parts bad. They charged me for laundry which was not mine. While checking out I informed the reception of the same and asked them to rectify it. Told them to mail me and asked them to return the expensive suit to whoever it belonged to. No mail, no intimation , no info. Just lacks basic manners and discipline. I stayed at 401 - the room is good.

Average stay ….only saving grace was that it was clean but nothing exceptional given It’s an NH. Didnt appreciate hotel trying to charge me breakfast for 3 days when I only went in for breakfast the first morning ….luckily card didn’t work!!! But quite rude imho. No class.

Property was great. Location is great. Service is great. I had a couple of small complaints they were able to resolve quickly. They do advertise turn down service which I didn’t not see happen, however I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place.

Awsome location

Hotel is located in the perfect location, right across from central station. Staff were amazing. Rooms were large and renovated. Only negative thing i can say was the view from the room wasnt good, but hardly a concern

Weekend trip

My husband and I were in Amsterdam for a concert at the Ziggo arena. This hotel is in a wonderful central location and a few metro stops from the arena. The staff were all attentive and professional. We had a superior room with a huge bed and lovely walk in shower. The room overlooked the train station with great views. We will absolutely return for our next trip to Amsterdam.

Right across from the train station, we were able to push our luggage down the street right to the door of the hotel. So clean and pretty. Staff was so kind and helpful. You can walk anywhere from here. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful stay

Staff ever so kind and helpful. Very accommodating. Room was a good size and looked out over the train station area (see photo). The breakfast was not worth the $ in my opinion, many other places to eat. Hotel close to a lot, easy to get to. Also about a 5 min walk to the train station. Great stay!

Hotel is literally next door to the XXX part of the city but there’s never any trouble, we were on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise at all. Great location for the train station with connections straight to the airport. Short walk to the quieter prettier parts of the city. Hotel was itself very nice, staff all friendly and helpful.
