I recently stayed at this hotel and found the room to be clean and well-maintained. However, the surrounding area was quite noisy due to the nearby bars and restaurants, which made it difficult to get a good rest. Additionally, I was disappointed with the level of service provided by the staff. As a five-star hotel, I expected a more proactive approach to addressing guest concerns, but unfortunately, that was not the case during my stay. Considering the price of over €300 per night, I feel that the overall experience did not meet my expectations. The location was certainly a highlight, but I believe there are better options available for the price. I was promised an email from the reception manager regarding the results of an investigation into my concerns, but it has now been two weeks without any response.

The staff was 5 stars amazing, but showed up 1.5 hours after the earliest check-in to discover our room was undergoing maintenance and they had no equivalent room available! Ultimately, they put us in two connecting rooms instead of the family suite but it was not as expected. Breakfast was amazing! And again, the front desk, concierge and everyone was encountered was fantastic!

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are lovely. The room was dusty, had spiders. The bed headboard was tatty and peeling. I find it absurd that a 5* hotel only has one mirror in the room, which was in the bathroom. No full length mirror, and no where to get ready to do hair/makeup if someone is using the bathroom.

The location was great, but the room was extremely noisy as it backed up to a busy street and there was so sound proofing on the windows. So it was loud throughout the night and then garbage was on the streets in the morning with loud birds after the garbage. Needless to say for an expensive hotel I did not get a lot of sleep. However the staff was friendly.
