This was a lovely building with its own cafe next door, very accessible to all the amenities. All within a strolling walk of everywhere and tram stop right outside. Hotel very clean and lovely en-suite, the only drawback with the inside room as ours was called, is there’s no hanging space or drawers for clothes. Maybe just a rail put on the wall would have helped. But otherwise lovely. And they even decorated our room for our birthdays.

I had a single room. The room was small but manageable for 2 nights. Bit of an issue getting around the bed and banged my legs on more than one occasion. My room was right next to the lift so was woken up various times because of this. There was also no natural light and the lighting was very dim so very difficult to see things. In a good note, there was everything you needed in the room and it was in an excellent location for museums and restaurants.

Fairly nice hotel but service is poor because there is nobody there between 6 PM and 8 AM. We were told to scan a QR code if we had any issues and then you message someone using Whatsapp but there was no response from anyone to help when our power went out in the evening, we had to wait until the next morning. Actually the person in the morning told me that they cant really help with anything anyway.

We stayed over a weekend. There are lots of students in the area. Sunday morning there was refuse…Students? It happens. This was out of control of the Fritz. Everything else was top notch!

We checked in for a 2 days stay, for which I have paid €360 to be put in an inside room, that has no outside windows at all, no sunlight and quite dark overall. Bear in mind that their listings never mention the details, so if you choose to live in a "standard double room", your understanding of standard might be tested. The AC seemed to only work for the first day, while it gave up on the second. We have asked one of the staff members to help us fix it, which they never managed to do, luckily it wasn't too hot or too cold outside during early may. As it appeared to be, this hotel has an upstair neighbour that drills, bangs all around starting from 8am during week days, and managers promise of this not happening the following day, also wasn't the case, we were woken up a dozen of times by loud noises, that are uncontrollable for the hotel. The area is great ,the museum quarter, while this isn't the hotel I would recommend, the rooms are too small, too problematic, too pricey and issues don't seem to be fixing themselves.

The hotel and hotel staff were fantastic. We had an “inside” room, which we had no idea, and therefore, had no windows to view outside. A bit disappointing. The room was very small, but it did the job, and was on a great location. I’d stay again, but ensure I had an “outside” room

We stayed one night and realized when we turned the lights off in the room it also turned off the electricity to all but one outlet. Luckily we were able to plug everything we needed to charge overnight in at this outlet. We were told the next morning the wiring needed to be fixed in our room. It would have been nice to know at bedtime.

The hotel was decent overall. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit small. Staff were polite but not very proactive. Great location, but amenities were average — and for the price, it felt a bit expensive for what you get.

Horrible, la habitacion es mas chica que en las fotos. En las fotos te mienten diciendo que tiene ventana con manija para abrir, y cuando llegas no tienen manija entonces no se pueden abrir. El trato de la recepcion fue malisimo. Tanto cuando llegue como cuando me fui. te hablan de mala manera.

Very friendly staff. They were helpful and the coffee next door was delicious. Super close to museums and public transportation right outside the front door. Renovated location was a cool experience, this lead to some to be expected outside noice drifting into the room. Another issue that wasn’t expected was a a light in the room was directly wired to the switch that turned off all the power to the outlets of the room. For this reason I had to unscrew the lightbulb at night in order to charge our phones at night. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to this area.

Great locayion for museums and 2 tram stations within a 5 minute walk. Its an old building so you can hear a noise from the hallway but overall not too disruptive. Overall it was a great stay!
