Room was clean, tv didn’t work then we thought they fixed it but broke again. They moved us to another room. The staff was friendly. The problem was the bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy and also very uncomfortable. This was are last stay at this hotel! Needs refurbishing, seriously get rid of the popcorn ceiling.

Great staff, conveniently located. Good view of the Disney fireworks and park lights. The beds are hard, I prefer a little softer. The elevator doors close too fast.

The front desk saved us! Our hotel we had booked over booked and had no rooms we walked over to Fairfield and they had rooms and even upgraded us after hearing what had just happened to us! They were so sweet and amazing! A simple walk to Disneyland and everything was perfect! Will continue to use them from here on out!

It was super close to Disneyland which is why we booked the room. The room was clean but the ac was leaking water. Staff were great and parking was very easy. We would definitely stay here again.
