Air conditioner was extremely loud Toilet didn’t stop running unless you made sure to manually reset the flush handle Housekeeping was supposed to be every other day and I stayed 4 nights and they never came They shut off the water one night at 1am until 6am with no warning, then proceeded to do plumbing work on the unit behind my headboard, keeping me up all night.

The rooms were great and the walking distance to the theme parks was perfect! I tuned it at 10 minutes (0.5 miles) from the hotel door to the security checkpoint. So convenient. The only downsides were no free breakfast and the jacuzzi was not working when we went. The jacuzzi was no big deal really but would’ve been nice to have. There are also lots of food options right outside of the hotel. Overall, I’d definitely stay again and I highly recommend it.

The room smells bad. It smells like a wet shirt that didn’t dry. I’m just glad the manager was nice enough to move us to another room right away. We’ve been staying at this place for so many times and I noticed that their comforters look old. The good part is that the front desk staff are awesome.
