Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The best hotel we’ve stayed at outside of the Disney hotels so far. Walking distance to Disneyland, super clean and modern, and the breakfast buffet was great! Will definitely stay again.

The freeway noise was so clear and unbearable making it difficult to sleep. Front desk staff initially said they were sold out and couldn’t switch rooms, and upon arriving back later that evening I was told that I could’ve gotten another room if I would’ve arrived back earlier in the day. Giving two stars because the room appeared very clean and well maintained, breakfast had a nice mix of foods to choose from.

Brand new hotel very close to Disneyland Resort. We walked to the gates and downtown Disney daily, it's about a 10-15 min walk depending on if you hit the crosswalk at the right time. Highly recommend this hotel, have stayed at most in this area and this one was very nice and clean.

Nice clean rooms , close to Disney… walkable. There’s a restaurant and bar in hotel. Room service available. Family friendly. We enjoyed our stay. All staff were great. The bartender was a little annoyed by us on our first night but we have had her help us before on other stays and is usually very nice. I think she may not have been feeling well because she was wearing a mask and just seemed over it….so apologies to her if we were too much. Everything else was good! We will visit again soon

Hi Kristine I arrived today after a 6-hour drive and dropped my keys with the valet around 3 PM. On my keyring was a keychain my sister gave me two weeks before she passed away from cancer. When I picked my keys up around 7:30 PM, the keychain was gone. The valet staff were the only people who had my keys during that time. I immediately reported this to the front desk, and the lady I spoke with said she would notify management. I still have not heard back from anyone, which is very upsetting given how important this item is to me. On top of that, I booked the same room type I always reserve when staying here, but upon check-in I was told it was “first come, first serve.” That does not make sense, as I specifically paid for that room type and have always been accommodated in the past. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially since I regularly choose to stay at this property when visiting Los Angeles. I need someone from management to reach out to me as soon as possible regarding the missing keychain.

Very Underwhelming and LOUD

My wife and I stayed here for the first time this past weekend. The price when booked was too good to pass up, so we gave it a shot. I am not sure how I feel about our stay. Pros: -very close to the park -new and clean -staff was nice and helpful Cons: - room was ridiculously loud. We looked out towards the freeway and I had to sleep with ear plugs -walls are thin, could hear people next to us and above us -valet only! And it was $50 a day -bedding is paper thin Overall, I might to stay here again if the price was as low or lower than what we had booked it for because you need to automatically tack on an additional $50 a night for parking. I would also need a room on the other side facing away from the freeway.
