Very dated property in need of much overdue TLC. Constant chirping supposedly due to security cameras, especially if the room is close to the office. May be difficult for light sleepers.

The workers were friendly but when we arrived to check in the police were interviewing a man who was involved in a domestic dispute that turned physical. The room itself was dirty, I didn’t even want to sit on the furniture. There was a sticky substance on the floor and tv, among other places. It was pretty expensive considering the conditions…

Druggies wandering through property. Tv didn’t work properly Desperately needs renovated and updated Front desk guy wouldn’t allow me to move my reservation date a day when I mistakenly made it for one day earlier than my intended stay. Had to jump through hoops to get him to help. Tons of people just smoking on every sidewalk

I don’t write negative reviews, but this place is really bad. The staff was nice and the sheets were clean, but the room is terrible. There was no shade on an unlocked window that faced a hobo camp. The peep hole on the door had a big wad of toilet paper in it. The TV remote didn’t work so you only get TBS. The smoke alarm has wires hanging out of it. No bedside lamps. The location is nowhere near anywhere you’d want to visit on foot. Houseless people were outside the room all night using outlets to charge their phones. People were storming cigarettes night and day by the front entrance. All for $175 a night. There don’t seem to be any reasonably priced hotels in Anchorage, but don’t choose this as an option.

Blood splatters on the wall and ceiling, a pair of police handcuffs attached to the light fixture by the door. Stayed there four days and over nine times somebody came up in the parking lot and that’s for a cigarette. Would love my money back, and I have pictures of the blood pattern and the handcuffs on the light fixture.

This place is rough. It is old, smells like smoke, and is right off of a busy Anchorage road. The bed is noisy and cheap, there's no elevator, the windows let a lot of noise in. I wouldn't recommend it. On the positive side, the owners let us leave our luggage with them throughout the day after we checked out since we had a red-eye flight that night. I was grateful for that service.
