The Best Place I have ever stayed in Anchorage

Clean, Cute and a perfect location for our business trip into Anchorage. Centrally located in Downtown Anchorage with plenty of food and drink options within walking distance when you want to let off a little steam after a long day of work. Mary is an excellent communicator. Really easy and clean instructions on timing and rules and very quick to respond. Not only that, but there is also instructions about the property and tips for Anchorage on notecards strategically placed throughout the house. You knew the rules of the house and where to go after one walk through. The location of the property is perfect! Walking distance from everything downtown. We watched the Iditarod and was back at the house playing cards within two minutes. The house is very neat and tidy, very large living areas and cozy! The fireplace works and works well! We had to turn it off at times because it was abnormally warm in Anchorage during our visit, I imagine it’s incredible during normal weather temperatures. It’s the best property I’ve rented for a vacation. It’s perfect from top to bottom, location, coziness, access, everything. I can’t recommend this property and its owners enough!

We loved our time in this rental. The unit was exceptionally clean and cared for, more than we normally see in rental units. There also were finishing touches beyond what is typical that really make this feel like a home away from home. A very nice city unit that is also comfortably lit from inside. Additionally, the owners were very kind and when we had any needs they were met whether we deserved it or not.

Outstanding downtown location

One block to convention center, free off-street parking, quiet & private, close to everything, and has everything you need. There isn't a scenic view of Anchorage, but the decor is warm and calming. We spent our days busy at convention and our evenings in comfort. Hosts are excellent, friendly, and super helpful. This property has perfectly located and accessible plug-ins! And the fireplace adds additional charm to the location.

This was a perfect location to go to the Iditarod dog sled race. The condo was great. Decor was tasteful and Alaskan unique. Kitchen is fully equipped for fixing a meal including spices or making coffee. Bathroom has large thick towels and toiletries, bedding was soft and warm with extra blankets and pillows. Falling asleep in the massage chair was regular routine before dinner. Living room was very comfortable and I really appreciated the swivel rocker recliners by the fireplace. Mary, Host, has thought of almost every detail for guests comfort. Happy trails

Well-appointed city apartment

A neat, modern city apartment tucked into the middle of downtown Anchorage. Shops and restaurants are steps away. Very comfortable beds, responsive hosts. Ingenious use of the space. A great place to stay while using Anchorage as a base for day trips. We would love to stay again.
