Yolanda was a great help in checking me in and then answeing ALL my questions when I went back to the front desk again. Jerry was very helpful with my heavy luggage and offers to help with the TV, heater or security matters if needed. The next morning another young lady at the front desk was very helpful too. The breakfast was great and I made my strawberry Belgium waffle, had a fruit drink, and yogurt but there were many choices including hard boiled eggs, cereals, bagels, etc!

The shower water got warm, but didn't ever really get hot. The WI-FI wasn't great. I had to keep reconnecting for it to work. The outdoor rooms are pretty noisy as you can hear people on each side of you, above you, if you are ground level, and outside crunching the snow as they walk around. The breakfast is nice and it didn’t feel unsafe. It's not the most relaxing place, but it's adequate.

The room had an odd smell. The room service was very minimal. The toilet seat was cracked. The staff members were very kind and the airport shuttle was a great benefit. The breakfast was okay, but it was mostly non-perishables.
