Little older motel. Staff friendly but place in a room way from main motel, outside doir and drunken fight occurred outside that door in the night

Poor Service, especially for service animals.
When I arrived to check in I waited while the receptionist took 3 different phone calls before even acknowledging I was standing there. I travel with a hearing Service Dog (which was indicated on the reservation). I was downgraded to a less expensive room because of the “dog” but not refunded and portion of the reservation. When I asked the receptionist about the room change I was told that she could cancel my reservation without a refund if I didn’t want to stay in the downgraded room.

It was cold in my room. Then there was a mice in my room. And I went to tell the from desk lady and she made it seem like it was ok. Saying oh it’s just a shrew it’s not gonna hurt you. Didn’t offer to send someone out to get it out. I’ll never stay here again
