We didn't receive door entry code by the time we arrived at the home in the cold and snow, so we texted/called property management company. The lady on the phone tried to be helpful but keypad door code she gave us didn't work. It acted like maybe the battery was dead. So she pointed us to a key lockbox and gave us that code, which didn't wok either. So she pointed us to the back-up lockbox to the first backup. But that lockbox was already open and there was no key inside. After 20 minutes of this, she finally said she would contact a local property manager to come and let us in. Sean came some time later with keys and was very helpful. It was very cold inside (in the 50s) because the heat had not been turned up in prep for our visit. Nice radiant floor heating but very slow to heat up so the temperature was still below 60 when we went to bed that night.
It was warmer the next day except the dining room. This home is a clean, large and comfortable space with most of the standard items provided. No bath mat for shower/baths provided. A little coffee provided but no sugar or creamer packets. Very minimal AT&T cell service.
The water clearly hadn't been run in quite some time because there was air in the lines every time we turned on a shower or faucet.
The heating didn't work in the dining room. It stayed very cold for the duration of our stay so we ended up spending our time in other rooms. Metal chairs at dining table were uncomfortable and cold.
Towels were very soft.
