Found some cracker pieces next to the bed... They weren't ours. Room picks up a lot of evening outside traffic and noise. Staff super nice and friendly.

This hotel is awful - the pictures belie reality. It is NOT well maintained, maid service is non-existent (they even tell you not to expect daily cleaning), the rooms are dingy and smelly. The AC unit in our room was loud, smelly and sputtery - blowing right across our faces at night, the air made us sick. The health department should probably inspect. The AC unit in the room above us leaked into our room, and it was obvious that it wasn't the first time that had happened. There were no other rooms available, so no option to move. It's located in a noisy part of town, where bar patrons spill out into the street at all hours, fighting and yelling. There was a drag race in the middle of the night, two nights in a row. Avoid this hotel, the owners (a cruise line?) have completely given up on this property - they don't use the restaurant except to offer stale, dry bread and muffins in the morning. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but our experience was truly that awful, so I hope to spare others, especially since it's so expensive.

It was a nice location. But very loud. We could hear all the noise outside with the door shut. Needs some updates to the rooms. But good enough to get some rest and visit Anchorage. Parking is not included and costs a hefty fee or you can pay for park on your own.

This hotel has a very convenient location. The room was clean but lacked some amenities. Like hand soap and an extra roll of toilet paper. Every staff member we had conversation with or asked questions of went above and beyond our expectations. Very polite and helpful! The beds were comfortable.

No soap at bathroom sink. No bathmat. No cup for water. Hairs in shower. No coffee and very limited choice at included breakfast. Keys didn’t work. Old, worn furnishing. Nightstand on only one side of king bed. $40 parking fee. Good location downtown. Not worth the somewhat lower price.
