This beautiful summer villa, following a fresh Cycladic style with white cubic forms, nests peacefully on an acre of land embracing the Aegean Sea. Located in Kipri, on the mid-western coast of Andros and only 5km from the port of Gavrio, this idyllic seafront villa can comfortably accommodate 8-10 guests in a total of 5 bedrooms.

In its spacious 300 sq.m living areas, this home offers remote privacy, overwhelmingly spectacular sea views and unforgettable romantic sunsets. Spreading hillside on three separate levels, the property is surrounded by discreet, indigenous vegetation and garden areas. Its large outdoor terraces also include a wonderful private swimming pool with sun loungers and hammock, while a variety of cozy sitting and lounging areas spread around the retreat allowing for social gatherings or solitary star shooting! Enhancing an overall fine experience with a culinary treat, fresh organic fruits & vegetables are offered to the guests from the villa’s private garden.


The ground floor spreads on three uneven levels, featuring a spacious living room with TV area, a fireplace-lounging area and a dining area with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and laundry-storage room. The living room opens up to a shaded sitting area, offering spectacular views of the lower garden and the Aegean Sea.

The dining room offers direct access to the large swimming pool area featuring a BBQ, a pergola-shaded dining area and an outdoor shower. Beautiful stone-paved stairs lead to the lower part of the garden with flat lawn surface, a rose garden and a plethora of other flowers.

On the top floor, the villa offers one master bedroom en suite and two independent double bedrooms, sharing a bathroom. All rooms access a wide terrace with stunning sea views.

The garden floor features two bedrooms, one queen size bedroom en suite, and one twin double bedroom en suite, with views to the garden and the sea.

Un séjour magnifique

Tout est parfaitement détaillé dans l'annonce et la réalité correspond en tous points au descriptif de la villa et de ses commodités. La villa est située à quelques 3,5 kms du port de Gavrio et à peu prÚs autant du trÚs mignon village de Batsi. Commerces de proximité, supermarchés, restaurants, tout est là pour faire de votre séjour à Andros une escale inoubliable. La villa peut accueillir trÚs facilement 10 personnes (5 chambres, 4 Sdb, 5 wc, 1 trÚs grand séjour, 1 belle cuisine bien équipée. Mais le plus beau est à l'extérieur avec une vue magnifique, une piscine trÚs agréable et 2 terrasses permettant de déjeuner, diner à l'abri du soleil et du vent selon sa direction.

Fantastique

Nous avons passĂ© quelques jours fantastiques dans la villa. La rĂ©servation avec Vassilis s'est parfaitement dĂ©roulĂ©e et l'accueil d'Alexandros Ă©tait extrĂȘmement sympathique. Parfait pour deux familles

La propriété est parfaite pour deux familles. Séjour trÚs tranquille sur cette ile de Andros, que nous recommandons à tous ceux qui veulent passer un séjour calme. La piscine est plus profonde que celle que nous avions l'habitude d'avoir (au plus profond au moins 2.5-2.8m) avec un plateau d'entrée d'au moins 2m de large et 60cm (?) pour les petits. La ville de Batsi à 6km offre suffisement d'animation pour une soirée resto + glace. Dans l'ensemble, l'ile est trÚs calme. Ceux qui veulent de l'animation devrait certainement choisir une autre destination.

A wonderful family time at Ydroussa!

The house is very well maintained, spotless and with a stunning view. One could feel like procrastinating there! We all enjoyed the space in and outside the house, the pool area, terrace and particularly sipping drinks at sunset time. Vassilis and Alessandro are extremely keen with their guests, give out recommendations for places to eat, visit etc... Highy recommend the house!

Stayed at this fabulous villa for 10 nights. The sunset views are amazing and we enjoyed these every evening by the pool. All the facilities were excellent including the outdoor seating and tables, comfortable bedrooms etc. Our host Alexander was always available with prompt and friendly messages if we had any questions or requests. And the small town of Batsi (a short drive away) is lovely, with many restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended!

Absolutely PERFECT. Cannot describe how wonderful this place is. The house itself is stunning and is decorated to a very high standard. It's well equipped and super comfortable. The service from the hosts was outstanding. We were looked after from the moment we booked to the moment we arrived home. I cannot even begin to describe how perfect the views are. It's impossible to not fall in love with Andos in this villa. The local area is lovely and you can walk down to a little taverna. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and super comfy. We were three families ( a total of 10) and we had plenty of room. The showers are all strong and hot and the kitchen has everything you need. The pool is perfect and a delightful man comes every day to clean. You also have a friendly cleaner who came mid-stay. The local restaurants in Batsi (a short drive) and St Peters are all wonderful. I cannot think of even one small thing that the hosts could do to improve this beautiful home. If I could live here I would. I highly recommend and implore you not to love this home as much as we did. Thank you Vassilis and Alexander for your excellent hosting. We will be back for sure.

Bliss on Andros

If you wish refreshing breezes, stunning views and a feeling of home you need to stay here! Our villa was well-equipped, sizeable enough to accommodate 10 adults with a terrace, pool (unheated) and stone barbecue. Plenty of places to relax outdoors. Impeccably maintained by Mr. Andreas. We heard bees and birds, and watched lemons fall from the trees. Inside there is a large kitchen, plenty of seating too for meals although we preferred eating outside. Brothers Vassillis and Alexander are excellent communicators. Don't worry about anything. Alex met us at the ferry from Athens and was on the island 24/7 to help us with any questions. He was also great at making suggestions of places to visit or restaurants if we wanted some advice. He even found a cook at our request (a yaya) named Jayne (from Wales) who lives nearby and who cooked a stupendous island meal. We highly recommend hiring her for your stay just to experience a night of local island food. Cooking outdoors on the bbq was loads of fun too.The town of Batsi was only a 5-minute drive from the villa. It is not a tourist trap but a place to mingle with the locals. Excellent restaurants (try Branda and Rojia) both on the harbour front. Excellent jewelry shops too; a must-visit.We drove around the island visiting monasteries, local sites and taking in the glorious views. It is a peaceful retreat that we highly recommend.Efharisto Alex and Vassillis!

Family group holiday

We had a superb stay with our two families. The Villa was so impressive on arrival and had plenty of space for everyone. Outdoor area was so lovely and spent many an afternoon and evening by the pool watching the sunset. The lounge balcony also a popular spot for sunset watching and card games & drinks. Villa air conditioned but also the winds help keep things cool too. Kitchen on the older side so if cooking worth considering another option. Walking distance to one beach and taverna and then driving is recommended for all other spots. Lots of beaches to explore and great restaurants in nearby Batsi. We lived our stay at the villa and in Andros - it’s a great spot!!!

Fantastic Two Weeks

Two fantastic weeks. Stunning views. House is perfectly designed, with multiple balconies overlooking the Agean. Great pool for cooling off in the afternoons. Half-way between Batsi and Gavrio, easy access to all necessities, fun restaurants. Some beaches are walkable, but a car is definitely recommended to visit other beaches and sites around the island. Staff is truly accommodating. Our host Alex helped arrange a birthday and pop engagement evening out. Hard to beat. We'll be back.

Superb location with most stunning views ever!

This property outperformed all our already high expectations! Situated on the hill above the beach of Kiprianos amid lemon and olive trees, it offers the most stunning views of Andros and the sea, be it at sunrise, in the afternoon with its silver glimmering sea, or at sunset. The views are fantastic from all balconies and terraces, rooms and, of course, the pool area. Large pool, regularly cleaned by service man. Comfortable pool chairs, large umbrellas, lovely BBQ (could not be used for safety reasons during heat wave and risk of fire), charming light setting at night. The house is full of stylish items giving it a very warm and personal touch. Kitchen well equipped, with two huge fridges. Stove on the smaller side, but with good functioning. Two lovely lounge areas for letting the days pass by if you are tired of wind and sun. All bedrooms with A/C, comfortable beds, enough space to store holiday clothing in cupboards, and most with en-suite bathrooms. Well suited for two families with teen kids, or one large family, or several couples - will accomodate most combinations as there is plenty of space and hideouts. A car is a must for going around the island and for grocery shopping. Anna Vrettou rent a car in Gavrion is a good choice with modern cars at reasonable prices, good service. Communication with Vassilis and Alexander, the two owners, was super easy, kind, relaxed and very timely. Since we missed our ferry, check in was online, but even that was no problem (now that we are all used to it...). They both looked after us so well at any time, could not wish for anything else. Or maybe - just to stay longer and continue the nice chats. In summary, superb location, villa, views and hosts - simply outstanding!

Great house, great location

We stayed for 6 nights in September. The house was exactly as described. It’s got a very nice feel about it. Plenty of space inside and out near the pool. The barbecue is excellent. Andros Sunset Villa

This villa in Andros is stunning. The sunset views are simply espectacular. Both Alexandros and Vassilis were in constant communication from the start. It is close to the port of Gavrio. Absolutely stunning location! Big beautiful house for our family get-together. We loved the pool and sunset views from the house + terrace. Wonderful holiday in a very charming villa

The house has a spectacular seaview and is perfectly located, very close to the port and to many beautiful beaches. The Chora is just 40 minutes driving on an asphalt road. The villa is very spacious both inside and outside, very comfortable even for ten persons. Everything is well kept and well organized. But the best part has been the hospitality and kindness of the hosts Vassilis and Alexandros. They have been wonderful not only in welcoming us but day by day in giving us suggestions and in replying immediately at all our requests. We have felt at home and it has been really sad to leave the villa and their hosts.

Best Vacation Ever!!

This vacation was so important to my family. Roughly 20 years ago, my husband lived in Greece for a year while serving in the Navy; that was before children. And although they’ve heard many stories, our goal was to one day allow them to experience the beautiful beaches and culture first hand. In addition, our group of 6 travelers had many things to celebrate (4 milestone birthdays and 2 college graduations). This house did not disappoint! The property, the views, and the tranquil atmosphere are all much more beautiful than photos or words can describe. The people we met in the local coffee shops and restaurants were so welcoming and fun to be around. The beaches were abundant and absolutely breathtaking!! But the highlight of the trip was the hospitality and kindness shown by Vassilis and Alexandros; our hosts/owners. They communicated with us before, during, and after our stay...on a level that made us feel like more than renters/customers. Their willingness to go above and beyond to provide tips and suggestions to ensure we had every opportunity for an amazing island experience helped us get the most out of our trip. From car rentals, to restaurant recommendations/reservations, to beaches, etc. their response was always to accomadate and/or facilitate every request. Even when our late plane arrival caused us to miss the last ferry to the island, Alex was proactively seeking out alternative solutions to transport my family of 6 and our 12 suitcases from Athens to Andros. Because of all of these things, we were actually able to vacation and leave our worries behind. Start to finish - this was a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vacation.

Island summer bliss

What a wonderful week our family spent in this magnificent villa in July 2018. Large,spacious,bright and sunny it has so many areas to sit back ,relax and enjoy the fantastic views. Nicely furnished and well equipped it has excellent wi-fi which is a must for our 3 teenage kids. The villa faces the setting sun while the pool deck is sun drenched all day and gave us so many hours of sunbathing on the sun lounges and trendy hammock. The pool is cleaned every day while next to it is the outdoor shower with an endless view - a favourite! Photos on the web of the villa are accurate but hardly give the full picture of this wonderful place. Excellent organised beaches with atmosphere are so close but we also wandered out a bit and found beautiful unspoilt and deserted blue bays and golden sand -Andros really is a gem -calm ,peaceful and relaxed while the little village of Bhatsi is charming with many restaurants to choose.-a perfect tonic before we headed off to the the next busy island which seemed a million miles away from the quiet of Andros. Best of all was the ease and grace of our stay made possible by the owners the brothers Vassillis and Alexandros.,residents of Athens but legends in Andros. From the time of booking and during our stay they kept in regular contact while Alex himself made the trip to greet us and to say goodbye.-good men! Thank you gents. You have a really special home. Above any expectation!

We just finished a 5-day vacation in the villa. It was just amazing. The villa is beautiful, warm and inviting We were with 3 of our children and their partners and it was perfect !!! Vassilis and Alex are both charming people who did everything to help us, first by helping us with choosing a car rental company and also by finding us a solution to moving us from Athens to Andros with a private boat because we got stuck in the middle of a fairry strike. The island itself is a beautiful island with wonderful beaches and yet every time we left the villa we only wanted to the pool with the gorgeous view. We just appreciated every minute. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Vasilis and Alex.

Absolutely stunning!

We were a family of 10 and the house was perfect! Vassilis and Alexandros were charming, professional, and very pleasant to work with! I highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone who is looking for comfort and convenience!
