Amazing!
This home spans three levels, offering ample space and comfort. The huge basement is a standout feature, with a TV, plenty of seating for family and friends, and a half restroom for convenience. It's perfect for game nights and quality time together.
On the main level, you'll find the spacious Master bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, and a dining area with a table that seats 8 people, plus 2 additional seats at the kitchen peninsula. The sunken living room with a cozy fireplace creates a great space for relaxation, and there’s extra seating adjacent to it. From the living area, you can access a wraparound exterior deck that offers fantastic views. This level also features a half restroom and the main bathroom in the master suite.
The second level houses four large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony, and all bedrooms, along with the bathrooms, are spacious and comfortable.
Overall, this property offers great space, convenience, and access to a bathroom on each level. The views from around the house are stunning, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and entertaining.
