Angel Fire Villa was built in 2007 and entered in the Parade of Homes the same year by custom home builder, Blue Ray Homes. The home won Best Interior, Best Exterior, and the coveted Grand Hacienda award for homes valued at $750,000+. This home is truly unique with many distinctive craftsman touches. Guests will enjoy the convenient location on the Country Club side of Angel Fire Village; only 4 miles (10-minute drive) to all the mountain activities and 2 miles (7-minute drive) to the Angel Fire Country Club. The home has three levels. Enter on the main floor where you're greeted with a large open concept floor plan: family room, dining, and kitchen are all in one area. The whole gang can gather in the family room next to the large 12-foot-tall rock wood-burning fireplace to enjoy a movie night and hot cocoa. The chef in your group will fall in love with the gourmet kitchen. The well-appointed kitchen has all that you need to prepare family favorite meals. Everything tastes better in the mountains! There is also plenty of space to enjoy meals together, a dining table that seats eight and eight more at the kitchen counter and couch table. There is a half bath off of the family room. Everyone will love the jaw-dropping views from the deck – mountains, wildlife, and aspens, oh my! Take a dip in the covered hot tub* so you can relax after a long day of mountain fun. Also, on the deck is a propane grill with a Blackstone griddle so you can enjoy great BBQ meals and the fresh mountain air. The deck is accessible from the great family room and the primary bedroom with table seating for sixteen. The primary bedroom, the “Texas Suite”, has a king-sized bed and sitting area. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub and walk-in steam shower. There are five bedrooms, each with a private bath. The loft (the Hay Loft) is an additional sleeping area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and its own outside deck with beautiful views. The bottom level has a game room with a pool table and a private bathroom. For those who have to work while here, we installed dual monitors that link to a Type C connector on almost any laptop. An HP Multifunction LaserJet Wifi printer, copier, and scanner has also been added. Simply connect your laptop to the monitors and use the 6G fiberoptic internet.

ANGEL FIRE COUNTRY CLUB: Open to the public. A fitness center and indoor heated pool are available for a small fee. Fine dining and full bar at Elements.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
