Surprised at not having toilet papers in the room . They were able to provide upon request though . The 2nd night in a different room. Still no toilet papers again, they said the supply just arrive . I don’t believe it. If that’s the case poor housekeeping.

checking in was the worst experiance, Widus booking system for some reason has update that I booked with them, I explained I even have emails from Widus confirming my booking, but I wasblown of stating that a "system" generated email that means nothing. First receptionist(will not mention her name) was plain rude and told me its my job to contact the 3rd party(hotels.com) for my booking. Than her supervisor Hazel (i think) came to attend the issue, eventhough she also could not locate my booking she was very helpfull and displayed willingness to resolf this and showed alot common sence, accepting proof of payment, Widus confirmation emails, booking codes from hotels.com. She let me and my family check in while looking into the issue after. 5 Star customer service, other employee zero stars. I stayed numerous times in Widus in the past and I have to say the quality of the continental breakfast is very poor, 1 processed cheese and 1 unidentified processed cold cut, croissants and danish seemed from the previous day. (chef come to work earlier and inspect your product) Spice restaurant was great, room was very clean, IRD had very fast delivery and all the employees were friendly and willing to assist. Widus please sort out your reservation system because these days almost everyone is using 3rd parties for their booking
