This hotel was one of my worst experiences. The ACs were kept off with summer temperatures of 28c outside. The area is not conducive to sleeping at all. You have a bar on the ground blasting music and chatter until ~2:30am. I did not sleep due to the heat and noise for two nites. Never will I stay near or around it. I would not recommend at all.

Luckily, I only stayed for one night, but this was without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were not very welcoming, and the room did not feel comfortable at all. On top of that, it was extremely hot — there was no way to turn off or lower the heating, so it felt like being in a sauna. I definitely cannot recommend this place. This is the first time I’ve written a hotel review, but I felt I needed to share my experience. It was absolutely not worth the money.

Customer service was decent overall. We booked a suite that included a sofa bed, but it wouldn’t open. When we asked for help, the staff said they didn’t know how to fix it, and the second time we were told housekeeping was closed. The hotel really needs to improve on customer satisfaction. There was also loud construction outside around 10 a.m. for about two hours, plus constant noise from other rooms — we honestly only got about three hours of sleep each night. Breakfast was okay, and the rooms were fairly clean. I’d only recommend this hotel if you’re just passing through or on the go — I definitely wouldn’t stay here with family.
