I chose this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. The pool was full of a very very loud party in the evening with adults screaming curse words at their children. I tried to use the hot tub early the next morning when it was quiet but the water was scalding hot. The front desk manager tested the water at 112° even though a sign says that the water cannot be over 104°. So unfortunately I was unable to enjoy the features that I reserved that particular hotel for. I won't go back.

The mattresses are hard and concaved. The smart television only streamed apparently when we weren’t staying. The QR code didn’t work and we were told various ways to work it until finally we had to call IT ourselves. Not great…and it never was fixed.

No refund for any reason

I made the reservation a week prior because my son was having surgery at Mott's. When I was unsure as to whether I could leave my son and come to the hotel, I called to ask about cancelling and getting a refund. I was told that because I booked and prepaid online I would not get a refund. This was upsetting, in an already difficult situation. I think that there should be exceptions to any bookings.

This property was located within walking distance to Briarwood Mall and restaurants as well. It is very close to major highways which made it easy to navigate to all of our planned activities. Inside the hotel was updated with a cozy feel and the most comfortable bed ever.
