This spacious second-floor condo with spectacular views of Tampa Bay offers wonderful access to some of the best attractions in Anna Maria! Located right across the street from the beach and the bay shore, this property has a full kitchen, a game table for fun-filled nights at home, and a fabulous view of the bay and its turquoise waters. Guests will also have access to a shared heated pool.

This condo sits less than two blocks from Pine Avenue and its many attractions, providing guests with easy access to some of the island's best dining and shopping. You'll be across the street from a short, sandy path to the beach, and a quarter-mile down the road from Bayfront Park's picnic areas, sandy beaches, and great fishing opportunities. The famous beaches of Bean Point are also within your reach, just one mile up island.

THINGS TO KNOW
A double sofa bed is in the living area.
A parent or legal guardian must accompany all guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
