Fantastic.

This hotel is the complete hotel, its in a very nice location, unbelievably clean, the staff were a first class 10 out of 10. I would say this is one of the nicest, friendliest places i have ever stayed.

Stay sports dachstein West Hotel

Our stay was horrible. The staff was rude upon arrival and had no idea about any activities we could do in the area. We had to figure out all ourselves. The worse was the dinner - we arrived in the evening after 600km km drive and had dinner for two. Food was unacceptable, tasteless, overcooked meat and cold. We eat only a bit as we were hungry and had both diarrhea right after which was persisting till next day. We had to drive another 700km and need to go to pharmacy to buy some pills to stop diarrhea. We complained to the hotel staffs and they were very rude and told us to contact you to get the refund as we paid to expedia/hotels.com. It was the worst ever experience I had while staying in the hotel booked with hotels.com. I’m looking forward for the compensation and return of our money back. Great Local Inn

Great place to stay with an amazing staff! Small town in the alps with great character. Hotel and rooms were immaculate. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Noise from the river in not comfortable at all. The room we order was with two queen bed however it was with on only. The other one was sofa bed. The breakfast and dinner are basic but good.

Beautiful surroundings, great room

Arrival: We arrived after hours but the hotel had made arrangements to leave the key at the door Room: Great large apartment with two rooms. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast: I believe this part could have been improved. Juice seemed watered down, eggs and bread could've been better. Parking: Close to the premises Surroundings: Bar and restaurant close by. The small wooden bridge and stream is beautiful
