The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was non-smoking, the bathroom door didn’t close, and the children in the room above us ran around under late hours.

Terrible Time

this was by far my worst hotel experience. Came to check in with a full lobby and saying no rooms available even tho we had booked already. When we finally got a room 3 hours later, none of the outlets worked, tv had no remotes, the fridge did not work, and the bathroom had mold in the tub. We let the front desk know and they said there was nothing they could do until the next day. The next day came around and they still did not care or help. Poor management caused staff working there that do not know what they are doing. Our keys to our room did not even work for our whole stay. We had to ask a front desk member to unlock it every time and this felt very unsafe being there. Do not recommend staying here. Front desk did nothing upon the time of check out either. Very terrible experience.
