Welcome to this stunning historic rowhouse located in the charming and highly sought-after neighborhood of Horn Point Eastport in Annapolis, MD. This charming and elegantly appointed home is a part of the famed Murphy's Row, where maritime and factory workers stayed during the late 1800's. In fact, this particular unit used to be the post-office for all of Horn Point during the heyday of its maritime affairs. Today, this exquisite slice of history offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a cozy outdoor patio, making it the perfect place for families, couples, or groups of friends.

Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. The living area, just past kitchen, is equipped with a fireplace and wall-mounted television complete with an array of streaming services for relaxing in the evenings.

The bedrooms are located on the upper level, offering a peaceful and private retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The master features a king-size bed, a double closet, and a private deck perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the mornings as you listen to the waves of the Chesapeake. The additional bedroom has a queen-size bed and a second double closet. Perfect location

Gorgeous little house in the heart of Eastport, walking distance to fabulous restaurants and a short hop over the bridge to dwtn Annapolis. The house was clean, well stocked, comfy beds, and the patio was a lovely little oasis to kick back in with a glass of wine at the end of the day. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Fantastic for two couples. Wonderful kitchen and sitting area with grill outside. Went to the Maritime Museum for an event so the walk was easy. Likewise, walk to downtown is good. 1.0 miles. Parking is a challenge.

The title of this property says it all - very charming and beautifully decorated! We spent most of our time in downtown Annapolis and it was an easy 10 minute walk to get from Eastport to downtown. Zach was a gracious host and very responsive to any requests or questions we had prior to and during our stay. The house was super comfortable for hanging out when we weren’t venturing around the town. We were a group of 4 and it was the perfect amount of space. We all loved the location! I would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves visiting the area in the future. Thank you for a great stay!
