The host is not able to make decisions, stated multiple times that he needed to consult the landlord. There was a large snow and ice storm two weeks prior to our visit, the driveway had a shoveled path for a trash can, not a car. There was plowed ice chunks two feet high at the foot of the driveway, making it impassable for a car to cross. There was not street parking available due to the snow banks. We reached out to the host and he seemed willing to help, but then never followed through.
