The space
Enjoy the fine construction details of this quintessential row home and their reverence for the past while not sacrificing the modern amenities that you desire during your stay in Annapolis.

Main Floor: Upscale finishes throughout the main living area including a living room with smart TV, dining area with seating for six and decorative fireplace, and a naval inspired kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances. Step into the backyard where you will find a brick patio with hammock chairs to provide an outdoor retreat for those interested in continuing the conversation. Great location! Host was very kind. Stairs are very steep to each level. Back patio was unuseable due to sticky substance all over bricks and space. The upper deck was awesome though! Chairs and couch were pretty stained in living space but we used throw blankets to cover them. Rest of house was really clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this property!! Very quaint, yet with modern utilities, especially the kitchen and bathrooms!The only drawback to the property is the parking, so if you do not need a car during your stay, it is ideal! We managed with the parking as there is a garage within short walking distance of the property, just be sure to budget that into your stay.The highlight of the property is the upstairs balcony with some comfy chairs! Very relaxing and perfect for morning coffee or nighttime toddies! The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we feel the property is a very good value for the price.

Beautiful house in perfect location

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! You will not find a better location to the downtown with restaurants, shops and bars super close. We walked to everything all weekend while visiting our mid at the Academy. The house is beautiful and clean, and the owner was super responsive with any questions we had. Loved our visit, we will be back for sure!

Perfect Location for USNA Visit

This place is super cute and Ryan was very accommodating which made my life much simpler :) The location is perfect for walking around Downtown Annapolis and onto the Academy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house, super location

This property is ideally located! Really, you can’t beat it. We loved the house and the street. Parking is certainly challenging, but we knew that in advance so we were prepared. We parked in a lot nearby and never needed the car after that. Beds a were super comfortable! I wished the house was bit more stocked with toilet paper, soap etc. but that was manageable. My only complaint was a lack of water, just a trickle, from the bathroom sink in my bedroom. It wasn’t enough to be able to wash your hands or face or brush your teeth. I ended up sharing the main bathroom with my kids. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks, Ryan!

Beautiful Updated Place- Great Location!

We have returned to this rental, as you can't find a better location- steps from Main Street and super close to walk everywhere in DTA and to the Academy. Parking is difficult in Annapolis, but we were able to find a spot right on our street both times we have stayed here. The house is on a quiet street, despite being so close to Main Street. It is rare to find a house with 3 King-sized beds, but this one has them- all very comfortable with really nice bedding and comfortable pillows. There have been nice updates throughout the house, keeping the charm, but offering a modern update. Ryan has been very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would recommend this place for a comfortable and fun retreat for anyone visiting Annapolis!

Perfect location in Annapolis

Our family of four stayed for 10 days in this cute and comfortable home in a perfect location in Annapolis. Easy walks to Main Street, Naval Academy, and harbor area. Avoid bringing a car if you can because it can be tough to park close to the house. Otherwise, the house is perfect and we have no complaints.

Best weekend in Annapolis!

We had a great weekend in Annapolis. The house was amazing. Great location and the cutest decoration. The kitchen was better equipped than my home. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. There was so much to do, even when it rained all weekend! We felt so welcome!
