Summary:
Pet-friendly Annapolis home with a fully fenced yard, gas grill, pool table, and space for 10. Three bedrooms, two living areas (one with a pull-out sofa), and a patio with outdoor dining. A short drive from downtown Annapolis, the Naval Academy, and Navy-Marine Corps Stadium. The quiet neighborhood and two-level layout give everyone room to spread out - kids downstairs with board games, adults upstairs with wine.
The Space:
The main level has a bright family room with a pull-out couch, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area that opens onto the patio. Outside: outdoor furniture, dining table, gas grill, and a fully fenced yard where dogs can run free.

How close is Annapolis Home | Fenced Yard | Pool Table | 10 Guests to the airport?
This vacation home is 33.5 mi (40-min drive) away from the Baltimore Washington Intl. Airport (BWI) airport, the closest popular airport to the property.
Very clean home in a lovely, safe neighborhood with a neighborhood playground on the same street. Sidewalks on both sides of the street and a fenced yard, plus a supply of toys and children's books made this a great place to stay for children that have just endured the discomforts of travel. I appreciate that there was a decent supply of cutlery and table settings as it was truly a comfortable stay for a large family or group.
We enjoyed our stay here at Neptune Place. The house is nice and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses etc.The gas grill was not in working order. The owner supplied lots of towels, soaps for the sinks. The sofa bed on the first floor was not very comfortable for sleeping. Lots of closets for suitcases etc. Close to points of interest!
Very nice home, location, close to our family and activities. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other renters looking for spaciousness and holiness that a hotel cannot provide!
This house is in a great location. Everything was ready upon arrival, very easy check in process. The house is very functional and everyone was very comfortable. The back yard deck is a great place to unwind. I highly recommend the house to anybody visiting the area
Good location, floor plan, and yard. Could use a little TLC (ie, master shower door wonât stay closed, guidebook says donât open house windows). It fit the bill for our family wedding.
