Ideal location

Perfect spot for transit to and from Annecy, and walking into the old town. Well equipped studio, in quiet building. Quite hot with no a/c when over 30 degs outside.

The property was very clean and the kitchen was a nice size for a European kitchen. There are three different machines for coffee, so there are options. The apartment is nicely decorated with a modern decor. The apartment could use a few minor repairs but was fine for the weekend.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to train station, across from a grocery store and in the old town. It was clean and nicely decorated. Wifi was excellent. Would stay here again

The location is perfect. Close to the train station, main square, lake and there's a small grocery store across the street. Very quiet unit and street. No AC but we just recently stayed (Aug 2022) with temps in high 20s low 30s and had no issue. Michel has everything you need here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The town was amazing and the place was a very short walk to restaurants and the lake. Great location! The place was very nice! The bed was a bit too hard for our liking but it was still a great stay!

Great location!

A very good location for walking everywhere. Quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and Michel was a very pleasant host. Would recommend for two people who are average height and weight. If you’re very tall the bed could be an issue. Bring soap and shampoo, but there’s a nice supermarket right across the street. Overall a great stay!

TrĂšs bon emplacement, prĂšs de la gare et toutes commoditĂ©s( commerces, restaurants etc.). Studio agrĂ©able, bien chauffĂ© avec grande cuisine amĂ©nagĂ©e et pratique ( il y a tout ce qu'il faut). Salle de bain spacieuse et propre , lit comfortable et literie propre, lieu trĂšs calme.Le seul bĂ©mol : le four a besoin d'un bon coup de Mr Propre (inutilisable) ainsi que la poĂȘle. Bouilloire remplie de calcaire ainsi qu'une casserote ( avec du vinaigre blanc, problĂšme vite rĂ©glĂ©) Lavabo de la salle-de-bain complĂštement bouchĂ© ( problĂšme aussi rĂ©glĂ© par moi mĂȘme car je ne voulais pas ĂȘtre dĂ©rangĂ©e). MalgrĂ© ces petits dĂ©tails, j'ai passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Je n'hĂ©siterais pas Ă  revenir car je viens rĂ©guliĂšrement Ă  Annecy. PropriĂ©taire trĂšs sympathique et accĂ©ssible en cas de besoin.
