Easily accessible and equipped with 2 outdoor parking spaces, about twenty steps will lead you to this charming chalet, where you will be welcomed by a spacious entrance hall that leads to a decidedly modern and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine). You will also discover an elegant living room offering breathtaking views of the mountains of Val d'Anniviers. The living area is adorned with a decorative fireplace and a cozy dining area. Additionally, you will have a toilet and a sink on this level. From the living room and kitchen, you can easily access the garden and enjoy an outdoor dining table and garden furniture. Upstairs, two comfortable double bedrooms await you, as well as a room with bunk beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
