Grand Nergiz Orel, Antalya

The hotel is amazing. The free breakfast is top tier ! . As well as the people that work there. They are so nice and kind. I wish I could live there forever ! Everything was so close and in walking distance. The hotel is in the perfect location.

The staff outstanding we arrive at 1am and the Guy in the front desk help es us get some gyros to est. That was son great! However the breakfast was bad Quality food, the platea were dirty and the food was not so good. The room spacious and renovated. You have to ask for room cleanse, we did not day anything and arrive d late and the room was still all messy.

Very clean and comfortable. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe. Breakfast was decent but could use more egg options and more healthy cereal options. The rain shower shower head was nice, but there isn't a handheld, so bring a shower cap if you don't want to get your hair wet. The balcony with the Deluxe Single Room was an added plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Positives-Reception staff were all exceptional, very nice and helpful, especially Haider and Ozlem .They went out of their way to help us when we fell ill. Hotel location is excellent, five minutes walk from Mark Antalya Mall and about 15 minutes walk from the sea and central Antalya. The area surrounding the hotel has many restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. The breakfast at the hotel was good and can order freshly prepared Omelettes and fried eggs at no extra cost. Negatives-cleaning maid did not do a good job in cleaning the room or the bathroom. She constantly forgets to put the daily water bottles and soap, so we had to go to the reception on many occasions to get the water and soap. The daily cleaning of the toilet was poor. There was some traffic noise during the night, but tolerable.
