Unforgettable Stay at Titanic Mardan Palace. From the moment we arrived, Titanic Mardan Palace delivered a world-class experience that exceeded every expectation. The architecture is nothing short of breathtaking—grand, opulent, and elegant. Every corridor and corner feels like a work of art. The amenities are top-tier: huge sprawling pools, private beach with cabanas, waterpark, games room with ten pin bowling and a luxury spa. Dining was a daily delight, with an impressive variety offering everything from international cuisine to authentic local flavours. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, they made us feel like royalty without ever being overbearing. Every request was met with a smile and swift service. This hotel is absolutely incredible. There is so much to see and do. You literally do not need to leave the resort for anything as there is more than enough to keep you busy for a few days. We wanted to explore the Old Town and do some shopping, it is excpetionally difficult to get a taxi it seems the hotel has an agreement with a certain bunch of taxis which are ridiculously priced €75 for a round trip so it gets a bit expensive if you want to leave the hotel. The staff are very helpful but the language barrier can be challenging at times as not everyone speaks English. The Managers don't interact with guests at all which was a bit strange but nonetheless we had an amazing time. The food is out of this world and every part of the hotel has been carefully thought out for the best experience for the guest. The room was huge and beautiful and had the most amazing views from the balcony. Guest services was fantastic, if we needed something they were ontop of it. We will absolutely be back!

I stayed for 10 days at £3273. Regrettably the room was infested with ants. I first noticed a couple on my first night...then on the second I felt a crawling sensation on my face as I laid on the bed. To my horror after brushing the area an ant fell onto the bed. The next day I noticed that by the bed there were at least 8 or 9 ants. I looked around thr room and noticed the room was actually infested....on the headboard...by and under the bed....coming from under the skirting..in the bathroom....many groups ants of different sizes. I called the services and they initially offered to 'clean' the room to which I agreed but during the wait and upon closer and throurough inspection I concluded the issue was far more of an issue than what any cleaner could possibly resolve with bug spray. I called again to explain and asked to speak to a manager so they may attend and discuss....but was put on hold for some time so i hung up....I then took multiple videos of the different areas and I went down to the reception, where I was again offered a cleaner....I declined and requested to be moved to another space....after a quick telephone conversation in turkish with what i assume was a manager.... the employee on the desk agreed and advised me to go and pack. Before packing I decided to do a closer inspection of the room.... removing all the bed sheets....under the bed sheets the mattress was filthy with particles of dirt and or food, possibly dead bugs also..

Having stayed at many all inclusive resorts in Antalya, Titanic Mardan Palace was by far the most outstanding and exceptional resort. Everything at Titanic Mardan Palace was absolutely amazing. The rooms, staff, amenties, the grounds, the food and every other aspect was fabulous. We rate it as the best in Antalya and our family will definitely be returning from here on. A big thank you to all staff, in particular Cem Acar at reception, Seda, Tulin and Muhsin in the restaurant - your Turkish hospitality was top notch.

The lighting in the room was not good . Very poor lighting at the foyer entrace and in some closets. Air conditioning panel does not have auto settings. Bath tub mechanism didn't work . Almost all restaurants are not a part of all inclusive package, otherwise amazing resort . Great staff . Extremely well managed and best buffet restaurant so far

It is a great hotel but it needs repairs in some places, air con is old and not efficient, pools have tiles missing in places. Top marks - Entertaiment 10/10, Kids club needs more toys , more things for kids, many machines are not working. Food 9/10.

The worst place I stayed at. Supposed to be all inclusive with 10 restaurants, it turns out there’s only one restaurant that opens 24/7 with the tiniest menu, and buffet that opens a couple of hours. Rest of the restaurant we had to pay for and reserve before hand if we find reservations. We had a duplex the downstairs ac was broken for five nights we couldn’t sleep, there was ants everywhere and they said because we had a hookah but in the bedrooms? We had to shower with cold water and water flow was weeeek. We had to fight people over lounge chair next to the pool. It was not worth the price!!

Been here 3 times now. No area is ever too busy. Staff are amazing and fulfilled any requests promptly. The pool and spending the day there is our favourite activity. Food is great, with a lot of diversity without compromising quality. Favourite resort by far and will go here again.
