Superb South Facing Monte Castillo Bungalow. Recent refurb.

This superb, cosy bungalow has been recently refurbished ready for holiday guests and is located on one of the most popular holiday complexes in Caleta. The patio is south facing with views of the gardens and within viewing distance of the pool. The location is perfect for everything you may require. 50 meters from the reception and Zanzibar (Extremely popular bar with entertainment, food etc). 2 minute walk from the big Hippodino supermarket, English Food Shop and the Montecastillo Centre full of bars and restaurants etc. The beautiful harbour and stunning beach of Caleta de Fuste are a short walk away as are the numerous bars, restaurants and entertainment situated within the town. A car is not necessary but is recommended if you fancy travelling further afield to explore more of the beautiful island of Fuerteventura. On street parking available. Wifi at the bungalow is fibre. Super fast, 300mb and free. The bungalow is also equipped with air conditioning.

Fantastic property in great location. Was spotless with all the facilities you will need for a great stay. Great hosts and good communication. Very quiet and close to a few bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk down to the town and little further to the beach. Big pool and no problem getting sunloungers.

Only issue was one pool was closed for maintenance which isn’t an issue as this work is required, the issue was we weren’t told. That meant the remaining two pool areas were more crowded.

Fantastic bungalow on a quiet complex. It's a great size for two people, had everything we needed for our stay and the patio area in the evening made for a nice sun trap.It was close to several local bars and restaurants, and about a 10 - 15 minutes walk into the centre of Caleta de Fuste.The owner was quick to reply to a question I had just before we travelled. Antonia the property manager was very friendly and contacted us prior to and during our stay to make sure everything was OK.The only initial disappointment was that when we arrived the pool area was completely closed for renovations.Fortunately we were able to use the pool area across the road which was great.We would definitely book again if we visit in the future.

A very well kept cosy little place exactly as described, host very helpful and communication was easy. Nicely located a few steps to the bar and directly opposite is the path to the Elite pool bar and another great pool area would definately stay again.

Easter break

We had a lovely time at this well equipped Bungalow. Plenty of room for two, everything we needed for a week away. Property location on Monte castillo was perfect, just a minutes walk across the road to the pool and less than 5 minutes walk to the well stocked onsite Hyperdino. Walk into town takes 15-20 minutes and slightly longer back up the hill but more than doable. Also on the complex were a few bars and restaurants nearby. Outdoor terrace was not quite as private as we had hoped.Overall all, really great value for money.

Holiday home with all you need

We booked the bungalow, not knowing the area, but always happy to find new places. The property is up a bit from the main town but easily walkable, and Taxis are cheap for the return journey.Our host, Richard, was easy to contact and if we had an issue couldn’t be more professional in dealing with the matter.Open plan kitchen living room with easy access to a sheltered terrace, that got rather hot, in the sunny weather. Would have been as happy to review the host as he was excellent.

Just as it says in the photos, very,very clean, we have never stayed in the Montecastillo area, everything you need all within a 5 minute or less walk,, restaurants, bars and supermarket, it is a nice 15 minute downhill walk into Caleta, and a 4 euro taxi ride back up the would advise a car, excellent property, highly reccommended
