Villa Maresia is a smart, contemporary villa with views that stretch towards the Atlantic Ocean. With a pleasingly spacious layout, a chic finish throughout and fantastic private pool, there ’s plenty to love about this property – there’s even a putting green to keep you entertained. A shopping centre and beach can be reached on foot, while the resort centre with a greater choice of shops and restaurants, is a 5 minute drive away. WiFi, pool heating in both pools plus air conditioning/ heating in 2 of the bedrooms are included.
Villa Maresia is located in the popular Caleta de Fuste resort. Set in a privileged position, you can take in the beautiful views of the ocean from the villa’s pool and roof terraces. Around a 15 minute stroll or a short drive away is the Atlantico shopping centre with plenty of shops and restaurants. La Guirra Beach is just a few minutes further on foot. The centre of the resort with an array of restaurants plus the fabulous sandy beach is just a 5 minute drive away.
