Enter through a charming courtyard to your private terrace, where you can savor serene views of the river, meadow, or woods. Inside, the house features two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master suite includes a double bed, high ceilings, and an open bathroom with a luxurious island bath and a separate water closet. The second bedroom has two single beds and a private bathroom with an Italian shower. The kitchen, encircled by a unique vegetal structure, is fully equipped with a fridge and dishwasher. The cozy living room includes a seating area, TV, dining table, and fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Additional amenities include secure parking with electric car charging points and bike storage at the entrance. A multipurpose area is available for seminars and events.
