Clean, comfortable, pleasant stay
Our stay at citybox Antwerp was nothing short of exceptional. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom clean, enough blankets and towels. The lobby had a well equipped kitchen..all in all great experience

Great hotel room for 4 adults
This hotel worked out great for our group of 3 adults. The double bed was comfortable, the twin bunkbeds would be fine for children or young adults but not so comfortable for adults. The room and bathroom was clean and fresh. The laundry facilities were a plus. They have 2 washers and 2 dryers, open from 9am to 9pm.

Was overall a good stay. It would have been nice when I had a connverstation with Hotel staff about where to park, If they would have said they had their own parking garage, instead of him saying nothing and letting me park in the garage next door to the Hotel and paying 22 Euros for the night of parking.

This is a great model for a hotel. You pay only for what you want, so if you want cleaning or TV, you can pay extra for it. It's location is convenient to Meir and Centraal Station. Note: if you book through Expedia, you may not receive a confirmation number, which you'll need in order to check yourself in. A staff person will eventually have to help you out.

Very convenient and comfortable!
The room was pretty basic but very clean and comfortable. The lobby lounge area is nice and the kitchen and amenities were amazing and really convenient, great if you wanna save some money. Location is quite good too! Close to Antwerp Central Station and short walk into main part of Antwerp. Checking in and out was super easy too. Honestly i dont have any complaints and would definitely stay again

The only issue was check in. The check in machines asked for payment when we’d already paid, but the lady who assisted said they only checked the credit card. When my bill arrives I don’t want to find we’ve paid twice. They need a receptionist. The breakfast cafe food was very good

hotel is really clean and quiet. I love the style of the rooms. There is a sliding door across the bathroom to stop them slamming which adds to the overall peacefulness. My only gripe was that the e-check in was down and the reception wasn’t really visible and took a long time to check in.

An easy walk from Central Station. Nice cafe off the lobby. Laundry facilities at reasonable price. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. A fridge would be nice, also, more hooks or racks in the bathroom.

Fantastic modern hub style accomodation; a lot of self service and virtual contact options. Definitely will be my new preferred place to stay when in town. The only draw back is that their vending machine for snacks was horrendous to use for card payments and no use when returning from late nights
