Villa Eftychia is a wonderful villa with 2 private pools on Crete, located near Almyrida.
Thanks to its 3 bedrooms, the house can sleep up to 6 guests in nicely furnished interiors, which are equipped with any kind of modern comfort.
On the outside, this villa offers a big garden, a bbq area furnished with table and chairs to dine outdoor and 2 private swimming pools, one of which with whirlpool is located on the first floor terrace. From there you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view over the surrounding nature and the marvellous sunsets.
The property is a few kilometres away from the village of Almyrida, where you can find beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops and any kind of service.
At guests’ disposal: big fenced garden, children playground (slide, swing, wooden house), big equipped area with bbq, wood oven, table and chairs to dine outdoor, main swimming pool (6,5 x 3,3 metres; min depth: 1,5 metres; max depth: 1,60 metres) with children safe area (1,2 x 3,3 metres; depth: 0,6 metres), swimming pool with whirlpool on the first floor of the house (2,35 x 3,40 metres; depth: 0,85 metres) on a panoramic terrace in front of the main bedroom, internet wi-fi (free wi-fi), air conditioning, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, few minutes away from the sandy beaches of Almyrida, Kalyves and Georgioupolis.

Secluded Paradise just minutes from the Beach!

Roxani & George own & host a beautiful villa set in the hills with incredible views. The hosts are excellent communicators available 24/7. They also gave good recommendations to keep us occupied throughout our stay! In the villa was a welcome basket with wine, ouzo & local luxuries! The fridge also had a selection of food & there were unexpected amenities like toilet roll, hand soap & a wide variety of everyday essentials. The house is set in spacious surroundings with hammocks, hanging chairs, plenty of seating options & comfortable sunloungers! Inside had luxury conveniences such as a washing machine, dishwasher, powerful showers, Wi-Fi throughout & AC in the lounge area & all bedrooms. Also large TVs in all the rooms with Netflix & many other options. The decoration is a mix of modern inside & traditional outside with plenty of rustic features like old bicycles, radios or huge ceramic pots! There is a lovely BBQ area, play equipment & numerous places to soak up the sun. We were lucky enough to have the owners two kittens stay with us (our choice), we instantly fell in love with them & already miss them greatly! The two swimming pools were both high quality & perfect size for water volleyball! There were towels 4 inside & others for the pool, plus the property was cleaned during our stay! Everything about our vacation here was peaceful & relaxing, I would highly recommend both the villa & the hosts. Crete is a beautiful island & we’d love to come back!

Our Family Holiday

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Villa Eftychia. It was fantastic and we will most definitely be back. Georgio and Roxani were wonderful hosts who took care of everything. They were so kind and so helpful, a lovely couple who have built the villa with real care and attention. It’s a beautiful spot and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Almyrida is a beautiful place with lots to do and see locally. If you are looking for a family holiday this is the ideal spot. We will most definitely be visiting Georgio and Roxani again. Thank you both for making us feel so welcome In your lovely Villa x

Traumurlaub in Almyrida

Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube bisher. Die wundschöne und sehr gepflegte Villa Eftychia wurde noch schöner durch die Gastfreundschaft von Roxane und George. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Villa Eftychia sehr genossen. Die Pools waren einfach fantastisch und immer sauber und gepflegt. Alles modern und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles war in der Villa vorhanden. Vielen Dank Roxane und George. Familia Darwich
