This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, sunny and bright 2 story fully furnished town home. The perfect vacation!! As you walk through the front door you will see a cozy living room with a fireplace leading to the dining room, which includes a large brand new table that comfortably seats six people. The kitchen with a bar is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking. Upstairs are the beautifully decorated 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The Primary is comfortable and breezy. It has French doors leading to a private balcony and patio furniture. The downstairs patio includes a table, umbrella and BBQ. This home is the essence of relaxation and fun here at the Beach of Rio Del Mar. Additional sleeping for two on air mattress.
