The apartment measures 29.8 m² and features a south-facing balcony with direct views of the slopes. It is situated in building B, on the garden level (basement level), without a lift.

The living room includes a double sofa bed. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed and a cabin with two bunk beds (the top bunk is not suitable for children under six years old).
