Arcachon - Ville d'Automne district, very close to the city center, the beach and the train station, PLEASANT T3 of 60m2 on the 1st floor with elevator of a small residence (2 floors) in a quiet, comfortable area, including:
-an entrance,
-a living/dining room with a 7m2 covered west-facing balcony with teak furniture,
-an equipped independent kitchen,
-two bedrooms with east-facing balcony,
-a bathroom,
-Separate WC.

A parking space in the basement.
During the summer period, we do not guarantee the possibility of storing a bicycle in the collective bicycle room.

Linen not provided, possibility to rent through the agency: 1 pack of 140 sheets + towels €42/week - 1 pack of 90 sheets + towel €32/week.
