Nous n'avons pas pu résider dans ce logement car le matin même nous avons alerté que l'établissement était fermé à cause d'une bactérie dans le réseau d'eau. Il a fallu se battre pour avoir une solution de relogement au frais du logeur.

1) Etablissement référencé en 4 étoiles sur hôtels.com alors que c’est un 3 étoiles en réalité (petite mise à jour serait la bienvenue) 2) Pas de Clim dans toutes les chambres, quand on checke les photos d’une chambre où l’on voit une Clim et que le jour d’arrivée il y en a pas c’est scandaleux de ne pas être prévenu (la chambre à côté de la nôtre sur le même palier avait une Clim) surtout qu’on est venu avec bébé de 6 mois en pleine canicule c’est du grand n’importe quoi 3) Pas de ventilateur, ni même de volet aux fenêtres pour essayer de contrer la chaleur 4) L’état de la salle de bain avec une baignoire où l’émail est abîmé fort d’une utilisation de plusieurs dizaines d’années (voir photo), une plaque de bois visé au mur et grossièrement camouflé, un radiateur grille-pain avec des marques de rouille 5) Poêle sale (voir photo) ce qui veut dire que la vérification ne se fait pas 6) L’intérieur de la chambre est vieillot au possible, un coup de peinture ne serait pas de trop bien au contraire 7) Table et chaises en plastiques blanc qui ont été achetés au rabais avec uniquement 3 chaises pour une chambre de 4 personnes Je fais très très rarement de mauvais commentaires mais là c’était juste n’importe quoi, cela valait le coup que je préviennes et j’espère que des choses seront mis en places car la localisation à 20m du bassin et le parking (payant) est ultra pratique Pour 3 nuits avec parking 169€/nuit c’est intolérable pour une telle prestation

Très décevant

Expérience plus que décevante. L’arrivée tardive s’est déroulée conformément aux instructions. Mais pour le reste… Le mobilier de la chambre est tout simplement délabré (quand même surprenant pour une résidence 4*), le verrou de la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas, et le petit déjeuner a partir de 8h30 (bien tardif quand on voyage pour le travail). Mais le pire: la température de la chambre. Même avec la climatisation poussée à fond, je n’avais pas une température acceptable. Et lorsque que je suis descendu à l’accueil pour trouver un numéro d’astreinte… rien du tout. Et le lendemain, alors que je fais part de mes soucis à l’accueil, on me répond que l’on y peut rien. Du coup au lieu des 4 jours prévus, j’ai quitté l’établissement après cette première nuit chaotique. Et quand je demande un remboursement des 3 nuits restantes… pas de réponse de l’établissement Bref une expérience inacceptable pour une résidence affichant 4* Je ne recommande pas du tout

Points positifs: la chambre est grande et bien équipée pour nous 4. Lits confortables. Agencement cohérent. Coin cuisine. Point négatifs: un mélange de modernité et de vieillesse. Ca ne va pas du tout ensemble. Poignees de portes, portes manteau de camping baignoire dans la salle de bain qui contrastent avec une table type marbré et des rideaux automatiques dans le salon. Lit superposé en bois vieux tandis que le lit 2 places est excellent! Je pense que 3 étoiles c est plus que ce qu il mérite. Après, pour un hotel au bord de l'ocean a 90 euros la nuit c est largement suffisant. Y rester la semaine n aurai pas été concluant. Petits déjeuners trop chers pour la quantité espèrée. Plus de viennoiserie a 9h15. Pb de machine à café. On est adulte a partir de 10 ans????
