In the heart of Arcachon's town center, 300m from the main beach and train station, located on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained building with elevator, this 39m² one-bedroom apartment offers views of the Winter Town and unobstructed views. It comprises:

- A double living room with dining area, a comfortable double sofa bed (160x200cm), TV, and Wi-Fi, opening onto a furnished balcony.

- A fully equipped kitchen: two-burner cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator-freezer, and dishwasher.

- A bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) (new bedding).

- A bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet.

- Secure above-ground parking and bicycle storage.

Pets are not allowed.
- Cleaning is included.
- Linens are not provided. Rental options are available: single bed: €12, double bed: €20, towel set: €8, bath mat: €3, tea towel: €2.
