Relax with family and friends at this peaceful home in a very quiet neighborhood. Located in S. Asheville (Arden), you are 15-20 mins to downtown and 10 minutes to the airport, but surrounded by nature. Relax on the front & back porches, down by the stream or under the giant Magnolia! Excellent wifi with 2 dedicated workspaces, full size W/D, fully stocked kitchen, Nespresso and plenty of parking.
Nearby are Breweries, River Arts District, The Biltmore, Fabulous Hiking, Kayaking & more!
The space
All of the bedrooms are upstairs with two full bathrooms (one ensuite to Master and one shared) with another 1/2 bath downstairs. Large dining room & table can be expanded for fabulous family dinners. Plenty of seating in the kitchen at the island and the counter bar. Enjoy our supply of local coffee or Nespresso while you experience the beauty that is Asheville!

All of the bedrooms are upstairs with a half bathroom downstairs.
The kitchen is all set up for making large family meals, and the dining room table can be expanded to create fabulous memories.
Rest in the hammock under our forest trees, sit in the Adirondack chairs under the giant Magnolia or enjoy the seating area down by the stream.
New white picnic table is outside to enjoy the summer nights where you'll enjoy the lights from our fireflies :) We hope you enjoy this beautiful area of NC as much as we do!

We had a great time in this house. The little ones loved their bedroom and play space. Roomy downstairs with office space and open kitchen/living space. Great dining room for dinner! Close to Asheville and Hendersonville as well Greenville NC
