An amazing location with fantastic views across the city from the balcony. Esther was very welcoming. Kitchen could use some TLC but was fine for pir needs. The rest of the property was lovely. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect location

My daughter and I stayed at the apartment during our most recent trip to Murcia. The apartment is very well situated and is within walking distance to many shops sites and restaurants. We loved the beautiful terrace and enjoyed cooking at home and eating dinner outside for a number of nights. We would gladly return if we ever find ourselves in Murcia again. My only complaint is that we had tried to change our reservation from 7 nights to 6 (before the cutoff time) as our flight was an overnight flight and I hadn’t realized. I tried to contact the host and never got a reply or a refund for the additional night, I have to say I’m quite disappointed with that as I feel I was charged unfairly for a night that I could not use.

We know Murcia very well so were familiar with the location. The views over the city are stunning day and night. Easy walking distance to all local amenities and the old city. Very well appointed and comfortable with everything you need. The owner and his niece are great communicators and all went seamlessly. Very quiet block and street. A very comfortable apartment in a great setting

The apartment is in a great location. It overlooks the river with beautiful views of the city. It’s in a quiet building in a residential area, close to supermarkets, parks and best of all the Segura River. It’s a short walk from the cathedral and other historical sites. The photos don’t do it justice. It has everything you need and is very comfortable. The only slight problem is that the electricity cuts out occasionally.

Wonderful holiday apartment

Fantastic, well-appointed apartment, just across the river from the centre of town. The North-facing balcony is perfect for rebooting the view without frying! A really lovely bonus was the morning and evening fly-past of thousands of egrets from their roost to their feeding grounds - just beautiful! The apartment has everything you might need, we couldn't have had a better stay.

A most comfortable home away from home

A great place for a short term stay, but an excellent place for a month stay! Perfect location, spacious living area, and an amazingly comfortable bed. The balcony was our favorite place to sit with a glass of wine and delectables from the many nearby groceries and the fresh mercado which also provided incredible ingredients to make our own meals (we love to cook, but we could also walk to extraordinary restaurants, just across the river). We loved walking along the river and the malecón. Antonio and Esther were the best at responding to all our needs. We supplied shower soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer and they bought a new Nespresso machine and excellent sauté pans. The dishwasher worked great and so did the rather quirky washing machine. We had an incredible month in Murcia, thank you Antonio and Esther!

Great views and location

The photographs for the apartment do not really do justice to how well the space works. The main bedroom faces into the courtyard void, not the street, so it is quiet and the bed is comfy. For a foodie like myself, the kitchen is well stocked with equipment and bits and bobs. There is a small 'corner shop' next door, a good local supermarket 5 mins round the corner by Dominos and a Mercadona 15 minutes away. The river has a lovely walkway for people and bicycles and the bus station for travelling further is about 20 minutes. Parking is on the street outside. It is in a residential area, so there are cheap local bars/tapas places and a lovely park all 5 minutes walk away, as well as a great little bakery, fishmonger and greengrocer. The other side of the river has more restaurants and bars all within an easy walk and gorgeous buildings in and around the older town area (which isn't as old as some areas of Southern Spain due to floods and earthquake) as well as more upmarket shops. We experienced the Covid-19 shutdown as it started and were amazed at hw considerate people were - social distancing, no panic buying etc! We are sure we will be back as we were only able to go outside for 3 of our 10 day stay!

HĂŒbsche Wohnung mit fantastischem Ausblick

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche Anfang November in dieser hĂŒbschen sauberen Wohnung im 9. Stockwerk mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Murcia und den Fluss direkt vor der TĂŒr. Das Wetter war selbst um diese Jahreszeit noch genial, wir haben draußen auf dem Balkon gefrĂŒhstĂŒckt und das bunte Treiben unten auf den Straßen beobachtet. Auch abends lohnt sich der Blick vom Balkon auf die beleuchtete Kathedrale und den Rest der Stadt. Die Kommunikation und SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe mit dem Vermieter und der Assistentin war sehr nett und verlief reibungslos. Die Ausstattung war gut, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Hausflur und Aufzug waren auch sehr gepflegt. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral, rundherum gibt es GeschĂ€fte und Lokale und man braucht nur ĂŒber die BrĂŒcke und erreicht schnell die nette Altstadt. Man darf da oben nur keine Höhenangst haben, aber ich habe es trotzdem sehr genossen.

El apartamento tiene una ubicaciĂłn inmejorable. Es silencioso, muy cĂłmodo y tiene todo lo necesario para gozar de una estpenda estancia en Murcia.
