Welcome to our condo at Northern Bay Resort & Golf Course - a full recreation property on Castle Rock Lake in beautiful Adams County! Relax in the spacious 1689 sq-ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom stairless retreat that sleeps up to 13 guests. Short walk to the resort quality amenities including swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis, on-site golf, pickleball, basketball, sand volleyball, playground, grills, fitness center, private beach on Castle Rock Lake, swim raft, fishing, pontoon rentals and Tiki Bar. 23,000 acre full sports and recreation lake. A/C and gas fireplace included for your comfort. Boat launch and trailer parking on-site.

Living Space:
Our condo has a large living space with kitchen and dining area. Kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking and entertaining needs. The dining table seats 6 and there are 3 stools at the kitchen counter. The patio overlooks the first green with an outdoor dining table that seats 4 and 2 additional seats.

Bedrooms/Sleeping Space:
There are three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and in-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom includes two bunk beds – sleeps 5 – twin/twin, full/twin. TVs with cable and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The living room has two pull-out couches that each sleep 2.

Parking:
Free parking at the condo (one spot in front of garage) and nearby.

Extras:
In unit washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, pack-in-play, high chair, booster seat, iron/ironing board, bath towels, beach towels, swim noodles.

The Castle Course 18-hole Championship golf course featuring one-of-a-kind replicas of some of golf's most celebrated holes, including Augusta National, TPC Sawgrass, Firestone, Oakland Hills, Oakmont, and Bay Hill! Watch golf from the onsite Island View Pub and Grille Restaurant.

The condo was comfortable and clean. Had everything we could possibly need and more. Breathtaking views of the lake and beautiful resort property with all the amenities. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcomed. I would book this place again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay on the lake.

Great stay, nice little getaway

Property was super clean and location on the property was great. Short 2 minute walk to the pool and playground area. We enjoyed having our coffee on the porch watching the golfers play hole 1. Kids loved the pool, adults played pickleball. We rented a pontoon to cruise around Castle Rock lake. Northern Bay property is well maintained and we enjoyed morning walks on the property. Would recommend and would stay again.

Very spacious!

Several friends and kids met here for 3 nights. The place is bigger than the pictures which was great. There’s even a space in the garage for games or kids to play. We enjoyed both the beach and the pool. Used floaties at the beach, pool was a little too busy for floaties on the weekend. Pool is a super short walk, beach a little further and is an easy walk as well. The kids played basketball and pickleball, the moms spent lots of time on the patio. We cooked all of our meals and found everything we needed. Beds were also comfortable and plenty of pillows and such. Hosts were super accommodating and easy to text with, very responsive. We had a great long weekend, thank you for sharing your place with us!
